Step 1: Type the name of the city the company you work for is located and click on the match

Step 2: A box will appear where you can type the name of the company you work for. Once you enter it press the ‘search’ button and select the appropriate match from the list that appears.

Step 3: If you see a ‘BEGIN SURVEY ‘ button click it and the survey will open in your local language. Rest assured that your responses will be grouped with others to assure privacy.
